Developed their business plan, found funding. (Interim advertising director for one month to secure marketing presence.) Took time to understand their situation, what their objectives were, and what they had already done. Revised their business plan, developed and implemented a plan to connect with investors and those with access to investors. Built their Board of Directors. Found funding.
