Company: Seven-person, two year-old company. Situation/problem: The company was unable to attract new customers, was losing money, couldnt make payroll, was about to have its phone service cut off, and unable to satisfy current customers. It was going to be out of business in two weeks. Efforts: Through executive coaching, a tightly-focused series of questions, able to shed light on specific issues they needed to address, and provided advice -- how to turn around their failing accounts, avoid employee turnover, and how to rapidly bring in new clients. Results: The company was turned around, and starting servicing $60,000 to $80,000 clients instead of $3,000 to $5,000 clients. (Within two months.)
